The Schools Guide 2023-24 is for the parents or carers of children who are to do one of the following:
- start school in the 2023-24 academic year (born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019)
- transfer to a junior school in September 2023
- transfer to a secondary school in September 2023
- transfer to a University Technical College (UTC) in September 2023
- transfer to a school sixth form in September 2023
- move schools during the 2023-24 academic year, for example due to a house move (this is called an In Year Admission)
