As part of the phased re-opening of North Lincs Active Leisure Centres, Riddings Pool and Winterton Gym will safely re-open on 17 August.

Riddings Pool and Winterton Gym are the last of the North Lincs Active Leisure Centres to reopen following the temporary closure of facilities in March due to Covid-19. From Monday all North Lincs Active Leisure Centres will be open and providing North Lincolnshire residents the opportunity to work out safely.

Measures have been introduced to protect customers and staff and to keep everyone safe. Gyms have been reconfigured to allow a safe distance between equipment, the number of people accessing the facilities is being controlled, and the highest possible standards of hygiene and cleanliness are being kept.

Customers who have visited the Leisure Centres since they have reopened have fed back on how safe they felt with the new measures in place.

One customer said:

“First swim session, can I say how brilliant the staff were, we remarked how safe we all felt.”

Another member added:

“Very clean, excellent one-way system, plenty of cleaning products. Very easy to book.”

All Fitness+ and adult swim memberships that were frozen whilst the leisure centres were temporarily closed will be re-activated on 1 September. Until then members are able to use the facilities free of charge.

To book an activity, register on the leisure booking page. Members will require their membership card number. Alternatively, you can telephone the Leisure Centre.

Visit the group fitness and pool pages for up to date timetables.
