Under Schedule 2, Part 1 (Paragraph 5) of the Data Protection Act 2018 requests can be made for third party personal information without the consent of the data subject, as follows:
There is no automatic right of access to information under Schedule 2, Part 1 (Paragraph 5) of the Data Protection Act 2018. Each request will be considered to decide whether or not to apply the exemption and provide the information. This guidance does not overrule or replace other Information Sharing Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings or Processes. Please also note that your request must be authorised by an individual with sufficient seniority to authorise the request. Further information is provided on the Schedule 2 Request Form.

Annex C requests relate to an allegation of abuse of a victim aged 17 years or under, either currently or at the time of the offence under the 2013 Protocol and Good Practice Model. Disclosure of information in cases of alleged child abuse and linked criminal and care directions hearings. The Local Protocol for the area applies to Annex C requests relating to the following parties to the agreement:
To make an Annex C request you should complete and return an Annex C Request Form and email your form to the Information Governance Team via informationgovernanceteam@northlincs.gov.uk.
