Apply for a bus pass online
We now have a new online portal which allows you to apply for your bus pass, report lost or stolen passes, change details and renew your passes.
To apply for a bus pass online, you’ll need a suitable passport-style photo. We can’t process applications without one.
Photos must:
- Be a recent (last 6 months) colour close-up of head and shoulders with no one else in the shot
- Be taken against a plain background
If you’re applying for a disability bus pass, please ensure you upload the full PIP (Personal Independence Payment) award letter, clearly showing your name, address and points breakdown. If you’re submitting a Blue Badge as evidence, make sure to upload the back of the badge (photograph page).
If you require any further details or are having issues with the online portal please contact us or attend your local Community Hub.
