North Lincolnshire Council offer a range of long or short stay car parks to meet the needs of visitors and shoppers to our towns.
The scheme offers one free two hour session a day, for each vehicle, per visit, per site.
When using free parking a free session must be obtained from the car park machine (ticketless & cashless) or via MiPermit. Instructions for obtaining a free session are located at the payment machines.
You cannot transfer a free pay session to any other car park. For example, a session obtained in Old Courts Road car park, Brigg cannot by used in The Angel car park, Brigg or any other car park in Ashby or Scunthorpe.
If you require more than two hours in Brigg, Ashby or Scunthorpe, a parking session for the appropriate amount of time should be purchased.
Parking is free all day on a Saturday and Sunday.
Parking in council car parks can be paid for using your mobile phone and a debit or credit card.
Payments can also be made via the MI-Permit website or app. (except for the Parishes multi storey car park)

The tariff is for all charge points is 0.40p/KW via the Swarco e.connect app.
No parking tariffs apply whilst actively charging. (Except for the Parishes Multi Storey Car Park where payment will be required for staying longer than 2 hours.)
