Learn how to be a cartoonist or illustrator at a free hands-on workshop with Horrible Science illustrator Tony de Saulles.
The workshops are taking place at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre in Scunthorpe on Tuesday 10 August and Ashby Community Hub on Wednesday 11 August.
Tony has been the illustrator for Horrible Science for more than 20 years and he has also written and illustrated the Bee Boy series of books.
The fun sessions, organised by North Lincolnshire Libraries, will describe how books are published, from the initial idea through to writing, designing, illustrating and printing.
Participants will pick up lots of hints and tips about being a writer and illustrator and the sessions are suitable for the whole family.
Tony’s books will also be available to buy (cash only).
