Children and young people across North Lincolnshire will be able to enjoy a Christmas break of fun, festive activities, thanks to the latest Government cash boost.

The popular Fuelled activity programme returns this Christmas, with children aged 5 to 16 years old who are eligible for benefit related free school meals set to join free activities that include a nutritious meal.

From martial arts in Scunthorpe and DJ’ing in Brigg to street dance on the Isle, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

To book a place, visit the Fuelled page on the North Lincolnshire Council website, where you will find an interactive map, making it easy to see what exciting events are happening in your area.

The Christmas activities follow the successful summer programme, which saw more than 1,000 young people enjoying events across North Lincolnshire, accessing new opportunities, discovering new hobbies and making new friends.

The programme has been made possible with the latest injection of Government cash. This follows the £1.3m that has enabled food vouchers to be sent to those most in need of help, making a real difference to local families.

Fuelled activities will take place following the latest Covid-19 guidelines.
