Free adult and child swimming lessons at The Pods

Are you a parent or carer with a little one aged between 4 months and 4 years? Come and enjoy a FREE SwimLincs adult and child swimming lesson at NL Active The Pods this November!

We’re offering a series of free 30-minute swimming lessons on the following dates and times:

• Wednesday 5 November
• Thursday 6 November
• Friday 7 November

Lesson times each day:

• 11.30am – 12pm
• 12pm – 12.30pm
• 12.30pm – 1pm
• 1pm – 1.30pm

These lessons are part of the STA Level 2 Award in baby and pre-school swimming course we’re currently running, and will be delivered by our trainee swimming teachers as part of their final assessments.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to introduce your child to the water in a safe, supportive, and fun environment and help our future swimming teachers gain their qualifications at the same time!

Who can attend?

Babies and toddlers aged 4 months to 4 years, accompanied by a parent or carer in the water.
