Support for schools and academies
The Ethnic Minority Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) ensures that children and young people from black and minority ethnic backgrounds reach their full potential and achieve high educational outcomes.
We offer standard and bespoke packages of support. Charges vary according to the amount of teacher/ teacher assistant time requested by the school and other components that schools/academies may wish to buy in.
Service Level Agreements are available in relation to:
- Direct pupil support (identification of learner needs, targeted interventions for advanced learners with EAL and new arrivals, specialist EAL assessment)
- Continuous professional development (bespoke in-house training and annual central CPD programme – see our EMTAS courses guide for more information.
- Preparation for Ofsted/support for Senior Leadership Team
