Roadworks: A15 dual carriageway, south of the Humber Bridge

A programme of works is going to commence on Monday 1 December 2025, just north of the Barton Interchange on the A15 dual carriageway. Works are planned to run until Friday 12 December 2025.

Traffic Management will be in place throughout the duration of the works and will initially be in place as from late Sunday 30 November/early hours of Monday 1 December for the first phase of the scheme, starting from the south side of the Humber Bridge for southbound traffic.

There will be lane 2 closures in place for both northbound and southbound traffic for the duration of the scheme, to allow for works that are necessary to carry out essential safety repair and replacement works to the safety barriers within the central reservation of the A15.

The replacement will be carried out in three phases over the designated construction period, as the overall safety barrier replacement works extends over a distance of one and a quarter miles.

Essential repairs and improvements have to take place to maintain the highway network. These are detailed on the one.network map below. If you have any questions about the map or allowing cookies in relation to the map, please contact one.network directly.
