Who can apply?
North Lincolnshire residents, who are experiencing a short-term condition due to physical illness or injury which is expected to significantly affect mobility for at least 10 weeks can apply for a Green Badge temporary parking permit. This will allow them to park in North Lincolnshire Council owned car parks in a disabled bay or a non disabled bay and for up to three hours in North Lincolnshire on street disabled parking bays.
The permit will be valid for 10 weeks from the date of issue and will need to be clearly displayed in your vehicle windscreen when in use.
Applications will need supporting medical evidence from a GP or healthcare professional detailing the illness or injury that is causing mobility issues.
Depending on circumstances, the Green Badge could be extended after the 10-week period, which would require another application and updated supporting medical evidence.
