Winterton Library and Riddings Library are both set to reopen to customers next week with a convenient click and collect loan scheme in place.
Facilities across North Lincolnshire have been reopening gradually, with safety measures in place to protect customers.
From Monday 17 August Winterton Library will be open for customers to return books and collect their loans using Ready Reads, a click and collect loan service. Riddings Library will be offering the same service from Tuesday 18 August.
Ready Reads has been introduced to enable customers to borrow books safely. By filling in the online form with preferences, library staff will choose a selection of books they think users will enjoy.
Customers will then receive a notification when the books are available to collect from their local library.
If customers are not able to access the internet they can call North Lincolnshire Council’s Contact Centre on 01724 297000 and choosing option 3, followed by option 2 and then option 1.
Due to current Covid-19 safety guidelines, customers are temporarily unable to browse books or access computer and printing services.
Customers can request books using the Ready Reads scheme on our website.
