Swap to Stop
Swap to Stop is a national scheme to help adult smokers quit smoking for good by using a rechargeable vape.
Research has shown that swapping to a vape is an effective tool to quit smoking.
We know that making a change forever can be daunting, so lets start with 30 days.
Who is the Swap to Stop 30 day challenge for?
Swap to Stop is available to adult smokers in North Lincolnshire who want to quit smoking. It’s not for people under 18 years or for people who do not currently smoke tobacco products.
Are you ready to quit smoking?
You can receive a free vape starter kit, if you:
- are 18 or older
- currently smoke tobacco (cigarettes, roll ups, pipes)
- live in North Lincolnshire
- watch a short video during the sign up process
- have not received a free Swap to Stop vape kit since 1st September 2025
- have an email address (if you do not have one please call 01724 298212)
- do not use home oxygen.
Maximum one kit per person.

Step 3: go to the Liquid Mist website
Step 4: choose vape and enter voucher code at checkout
