LiveWell North Lincolnshire is the go-to online directory for anyone looking to find information about a range of support and activity available locally to improve general health and wellbeing.
The new website lists everything from organisations, support groups, community groups, events and activities from across the county.
As we emerge from the pandemic, keeping healthy in mind, body and spirit is a key to overall health and wellbeing and accessing support and things to do will help people to live well and stay well.
LiveWell caters for a wide range of needs, with everything from reminiscence sessions to street sport, music therapy and yoga classes, including social groups, coffee mornings, group walks, and concerts.
This directory provides contact details and brief information on a range of clubs and activities available in North Lincolnshire.
Most of the information in the directory is local, and there is information about other organisations which may not be based locally but can help you maintain your health and wellbeing.
The directory is a joint initiative between North Lincolnshire Council, the North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and other partners from across the public, voluntary and community sector with an interest in improving community wellbeing in North Lincolnshire.
LiveWell is a community tool, and anyone with a service or activity supporting wellbeing is encouraged to create an account and add the details to the website.
You simply create an account via the LiveWell website and upload the details you want to share. Adding more dates or amending information is a simple process.
This will ensure it reaches the widest possible audience and provides up to date help and information to as many people as possible.
As well as a directory of what’s happening, the LiveWell North Lincolnshire website also features volunteer opportunities for people who want to offer their time and skills to support activities in the area.
You can access the LiveWell North Lincolnshire website online or at any of the community hubs, where staff are on hand to help you find activities locally that are of interest to you.
If you want help setting up an account, contact Sarah Jackson at email@example.com who will be able to offer support.
