The council received more than 300 compliments from residents recognising their satisfaction with the quality of the council’s offer and services provided, a new report shows.

The Customer Feedback Annual report is developed to support the continuous improvement of the council’s offer to residents, ensuring the learning from customer feedback is captured and used to inform and enhance customer experience moving forward.

Cllr Ralph Ogg, cabinet member for resident engagement, said: “We provide residents with a clear and accessible process to share with us their experiences and as a council we encourage a culture of listening and learning where the focus is on early resolution and continuous improvement.”

Cllr Rob Waltham, leader for North Lincolnshire Council, said: “At the heart of this report are our people, the staff who make this organisation what it is. I would like to thank our conscientious and committed workforce, whose success in a challenging year is reflected in the compliments and positive feedback we have received.”
