North Lincolnshire businesses are being encouraged to book early for the next North Lincolnshire Jobs Expo, a major recruitment event that puts employers face-to-face with hundreds of motivated, job-ready candidates.
The Expo takes place on Thursday 5 March 2026, from 10am to 4pm, at the Baths Hall, Scunthorpe, and regularly attracts hundreds of jobseekers and people looking to retrain or upskill.
Previous Expos have delivered real results for employers across a wide range of sectors.
An exit poll at a recent Expo showed of more than 700 attendees, almost two-thirds said they would definitely be applying for jobs, with a further 14 per cent considering applications.
Rob Waltham, leader, North Lincolnshire Council, said: “The Jobs Expo is a brilliant opportunity for businesses to meet residents who are keen, capable and ready to work.
“We know there is a lot of talent in North Lincolnshire, and this event helps employers connect directly with local people who are actively looking for their next step.
“Booking early gives businesses the best chance to make those connections and secure the skills they need.”
Employers attending the Expo will have direct access to a large pool of candidates in one place, saving time and costs while strengthening local recruitment.
A spokesperson for RS Security Services, who attended a previous Jobs Expo, said: “This was a great event for us, really well organised and it generated a lot of interest in the security sector.”
Exhibitors will have access to the Baths Hall from 8am, with free parking available on nearby Dene Avenue. Each stand includes a table and power supply, along with lunch, tea and coffee for exhibitors.
To take part, businesses must have current vacancies, work experience opportunities, or roles becoming available within the next three months.
Attendance is free and businesses are encouraged to book early.
To secure a stand, please complete the online booking form by 5pm on Thursday 19 February 2026.
