Many North Lincolnshire residents will find there have been some major changes to their constituencies when they vote in the upcoming general election on 4 July 2024.
The Boundary Commission has reviewed and redrawn constituency boundaries in an attempt to give them roughly the same number of electors.
The Brigg and Goole constituency no longer exists. Some areas have joined Doncaster East to form Doncaster East & the Isle of Axholme constituency.
These include the wards of Axholme Central, Axholme North and Axholme South, which will join Finningley, Hatfield, Rossington & Bawtry, Thorne and Moorends in the new Doncaster East & the Isle of Axholme constituency.
The areas of Barton, Brigg & Wolds (excluding Cadney & Howsham), Broughton, Appleby, Roxby and Ferry will join Humberston & New Waltham, Immingham, Scartho, Waltham and Wolds to form the new Brigg & Immingham constituency.
The Scunthorpe constituency has expanded to the north and west and will now include Ashby Central, Ashby Lakeside, Bottesford, Brumby, Burringham & Gunness, Burton upon Stather & Winterton (excluding Appleby and Roxby), Cadney & Howsham, Crosby & Park, Frodingham, Kingsway with Lincoln Gardens, Messingham, Ridge, Scawby and Town.
