What is the List of Streets?
The List of Streets is a document that we are required to provide under Section 36(6) of the Highways Act 1980. The document lists all highways maintainable at public expense in North Lincolnshire. These are also known as ‘adopted roads’ or ‘adopted highways’.
Appearance in the List of Streets indicates the at least part of the highway is maintained at public expense, to view the adoption extent click here.
