Lincolnshire Show, Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 June 2025, Lincolnshire Showground

A county wide event celebrating agriculture, education and all that we have to offer! An action-packed day out for all of the family, the Show offers an eclectic mix of shopping, horticulture, live music, equine and livestock classes, children’s activities, local food and drinks, and breath-taking entertainment.

Armed Forces Day, Saturday 21 June 2025, Brumby Hall Sports Ground

Join us on Saturday 21 June as we honour those in service, veterans, cadets and their families. This will be a jam-packed family event with appearances by the Red Devils Parachute team, Veterans Big Band, a Cadet Village with interactive games, funfairs, face painting and more.

North Lincolnshire Music celebration concert, Baths Hall, 3 July from 7pm

Celebrating 50 years of The Music Centre

We would like to invite you to join us at our Celebration Concert at The Baths Hall on Thursday 3 July from 7pm.

We look forward to welcoming performances from Beginners Band, Saturday Soundtrack Orchestra, Taiko, Sharp Program, Folklincs, JLC Jazz Rock Band and JLC combined Music Group with Frederick Gough School.

Pride flag raising, Friday 1 August, Church Square/Queen Elizabeth Memorial Gardens

Join us in Church Square to celebrate Pride and our LGBTQ+ communities. We invite you to join us at our Pride Flag Raising Celebration on 1 August in Church Square, Scunthorpe.

The flag raising ceremony will take around 20 minutes and you are welcome to visit 20-21 after the ceremony for refreshments.

The rainbow flag will continue to fly outside Church Square House throughout August.

Scunthorpe Pride Festival, Saturday 23 August, Church Square/Queen Elizabeth Memorial Gardens

Scunthorpe Pride is taking place Saturday 23 August. This is a community led event and is free, family friendly and inclusive to all. You can find further details on the Scunthorpe Pride website.

Normanby Hall Country Fayre – Monday 25 August 2025, 10am to 4pm

Normanby Hall’s annual Country Fayre is a full day of countryside fun.

There will be country inspired entertainment and music throughout the day and around the Park.

As ever, there will be a wide selection of stalls from around the region, selling delicious hot and cold food and distinctive craft and homeware items.

Remembrance Parade, Sunday 9 November, Scunthorpe Cenotaph, outside North Lincolnshire Museum

The event starts with a military parade starting from The Baths Hall to the Cenotaph (outside North Lincolnshire Museum), followed by an Act of Remembrance, a two-minute silence and a wreath laying service.

Following the wreath laying, the parade will march back to The Baths Hall via Vicarage Gardens. This service welcomes all communities coming together to pay tribute to those who lost their lives during service.

Christmas Lights switch on, Saturday 23 November, Church Square/Queen Elizabeth Memorial Gardens

Families are set to enjoy plenty of Christmas fun and games in Scunthorpe town centre as the Christmas Light Switch On continues each year.

Join our entertainers, stage acts and family-friendly activities as we await the countdown of our Christmas tree in the square.
