An exciting range of virtual classes have been launched to inspire people to keep active from the comfort of their home.

The free classes, developed by Les Mills, feature more than 100 workouts across eight categories.

It is vital that during this period of social distancing people take time to look after their physical and mental wellbeing.

Many of the classes will be familiar to members of North Lincs Active gyms.

Categories include:

  • Les Mills Program workouts (including BodyPump, Grit, BodyAttack, BodyStep, Sprint, Sh’Bam and others)
  • Bodycombat
  • HIIT Training
  • Mindfulness
  • Born to Move (for families and children)
  • Les Mills Technique
  • Post-Pregnancy
  • Les Mills Dance

Earlier this year both the Ancholme Leisure Centre in Brigg and Baysgarth Leisure Centre in Barton-upon-Humber introduced new virtual classes to complement their live fitness programmes.

People can participate in the classes by visiting the Les Mills website.
