Reading Well

The national Reading Well scheme for dementia recommends a booklist which supports people living with dementia, their families, friends and carers, and people concerned about symptoms and wanting to find out more about the condition. The titles have been chosen and endorsed by professionals, within NHS clinical guidance for dementia care.

Macmillan Cancer Support recommends a Reading Well Macmillan Cancer Support list of uplifting titles, including novels, poetry and non-fiction.  The titles have been recommended by people diagnosed with cancer and also include practical titles for people with cancer, their friends and families .
