Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA)

The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA), is an evidence based document that identifies land that is suitable and available for housing development in North Lincolnshire.

It helps to make sure we have an adequate supply of sites to meet the areas housing needs and is updated annually.

The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) does not allocate sites for development – this is done through the Housing & Employment Land Allocations DPD.
