Cllr Tim Mitchell, cabinet member for connectivity, said:

“It’s wonderful to see so many valuable improvements to bus services across North Lincolnshire to increase connectivity. These services mean people can connect with family and friends, access health services or simply do some shopping.

“This late-night bus service connecting Epworth and Doncaster means that residents can travel at a weekend for work and leisure more easily, whereas before the service would have stopped earlier in the evening. This is a trial service until March 2025 – it’s future will depend on sufficient passengers using the services.

“Residents have told us they want better buses to provide more options for travelling across North Lincolnshire. We have listened and we will continue to make improvements working with our partners.”
