An exciting opportunity is available for North Lincolnshire based artists to develop their experiences of working in education.

As part of the new project, which is organised by ArtLincs, the North Lincolnshire Cultural Education Partnership, artists are being sought to create innovative online activities for local schoolchildren of all ages to complete at home.

Successful applicants will receive a one-off payment of £150 to develop their activities, with all forms of art considered, from drama and dance to sculpture and poetry.

Activities should inspire pupils and be achievable with materials available to most households.

Successful applicants will attend an online training session, where they will be provided with essential information about child development and the project.

There will also be the opportunity to speak to a school arts specialist, who will help to ensure that chosen activities are accessible, safe, age-appropriate and engaging.

For more information contact Laura Higgins, Arts and Heritage Learning and Engagement Manager at North Lincolnshire Council, by email: laura.higgins@northlincs.gov.uk.

To apply, complete the short application form.

Applications close at 12pm on Tuesday 27 October.
