Accessing the gym
Follow the steps below to access the gym when the doors are closed:
- Tap your membership card or wristband on the access control card reader on the outside of the main door to the building
- Once inside, check in at the kiosk (the white tablet on the left hand side of the gym door) Tap your membership card or wristband on the tablet and follow the steps by choosing Gym Session as the activity, select availability, select time, then select location. You’ll then need to choose the ‘check-out’ button on the top right hand side of the screen.
- Tap your membership card or wristband on the access control card reader on the right hand side of the gym door to open the door.
- To exit the building after your workout tap your membership card or wristband on the access control card reader to open the door as you leave.
Activities
Our fully equipped, air conditioned gyms offer a range of Life Fitness equipment for everyone. You can choose from cardiovascular machines such as rowers, cycles, treadmills and steppers, resistance equipment including free weights or try our dedicated stretch areas with stability balls, medicine balls, body bars and more.
