Located on the bank of the river Ancholme, in the market town of Brigg, Ancholme Leisure Centre is a large multi-purpose facility.
We offer a wide range of activities for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Don’t let the weather stop you playing football. Our sports halls are marked out and goals easily set-up for five-a-side football. Bookings can be taken all year round for casual one-off games or weekly block bookings.
A fast paced racket sport played with a shuttlecock over a 1.55 m high net. Can be played by two or four players.
Badminton is a great aerobic sport that helps improve stamina, agility and motor coordination and has been proven to burn fat and increase muscle tone when played regularly.
Our courts are available to hire for one off games or weekly blocks on the hour. Each booking is for one hour.
Our cricket nets are available to hire all year round, but most popular during out of season practice. Hire is for a pair of nets with an enclosed net at the bowlers end. Floor mats and wickets are also provided. Whether bowling or batting, net practice will help everybody improve their technique.
Our multi-use games area, or MUGA, as we call it, can be used for a variety of sports. The area has markings for five-a-side football and netball.
The MUGA also boast floodlights for evening games.

With over 150 fitness classes across our five centres and via our live streamed offer, we aim to cater for all fitness levels and ages. We offer a wide range of different classes from high energy to relaxation and well being. Ancholme Leisure Centre also has a virtual fitness studio. Our fully equipped, air conditioned gyms offer a range of Life Fitness equipment for everyone. You can choose from cardiovascular machines such as rowers, cycles, treadmills and steppers, resistance equipment including free weights or try our dedicated stretch areas with stability balls, medicine balls, body bars and more. Netball is a fast-paced sport played by two teams of seven players. The aim is to try to pass the ball through the court then shoot it through a high hoop.
A great sport for developing speed, agility, coordination and teamwork.
Our courts are available to hire for casual one-off games and block bookings. Each booking is for one hour on the hour.
Our enclosed squash courts with spectator viewing gallery are available to hire for casual one-off games and block bookings. Each booking is for 40 minutes.
A fun game for all the family, short tennis helps develop technique, tactics and understanding on a manageable sized court. Great for all ages and as energetic as you want to make it.
We operate five swimming pools in North Lincolnshire and offer a wide range of swimming sessions.

A game based on tennis, played with small bats and a hollow ball across a table divided by a net. Can be played by two or four players.
Great for improving hand-eye coordination and general fitness levels.
Pickleball is a mash-up of tennis, badminton and ping-pong and can be played by singles or in pairs on courts in the sports hall. All equipment is provided, so just book, turn up and play!

Our café is open to visitors and users of the centre. Serving light snacks, freshly made sandwiches, toasted tea cakes and refreshments
We hold a Healthy Options Healthy Eating Bronze award for the provision of healthier food choices and good standards of food hygiene.
