North Lincolnshire Council has a statutory duty to produce Public Notices for current applications made under the Licensing Act 2003 for new premises licences and variations.

Also listed are notices for current applications under the Highways Act 1980 for Highways Authorisations and applications made under the Gambling Act 2005.
