How can Connect to Work support me?
The Connect to Work programme in North Lincolnshire is designed to support you so that you can move confidently into paid employment. We know that mental health, health conditions and other barriers can make looking for jobs difficult, so this programme offers one-to-one support with an Employment Specialist just for you.
Connect to Work can support you if:
- You live in North Lincolnshire
- You are aged 18 or over
- You have the right to live and work in the UK
- You are not enrolled on another DWP employment programme
- You have settled UK status and access to public funds
You will work with an Employment Specialist and they will help you with:
- Building your confidence
- Improving your CV
- Job searching and applying for jobs
- Accessing training opportunities
- Connecting with local employers
The programme is friendly, welcoming, voluntary and flexible. It is also completely free of charge, helping you take steps at your own pace towards securing paid work and a happy future.
