James Wilton’s production of Leviathan is coming to Barton on Friday 9 November and is set to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

This mesmerising production of dance and theatre is part of the LiveLincs autumn season of events.

Leviathan, tells the story of a ship captain intent on capturing the white whale: Moby Dick, a beast as vast and dangerous as the sea itself, yet serene and beautiful beyond all imagining. Ahab’s crew are drawn into the unhinged charisma of their captain, blindly following him on his perilous adventure towards almost certain destruction.

The show, which was described in The Times newspaper as ‘Handsomely crafted, ambitious and exciting’ will appear at the Assembly Rooms, Queen Street in Barton on Friday 9 November at 7.30pm. For tickets, call 01652 637568.

Managed by Blaize, LiveLincs works with a network of local promoters to bring a programme of high quality, professional artists (sourced nationally and internationally) to village halls and community venues. More details can be found at http://blaize.uk.net.
