The festive season will be kick-started at Waters’ Edge Visitor Centre on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November as the popular Christmas Craft Fair returns.

With over 30 stalls, you will be able to get some great ideas for Christmas and buy unique presents for your loved ones ahead of the December rush.

There will be a selection of locally made crafts and gifts you can’t find on the high street to buy for friends and family.

The fair will be open from 10am to 4pm each day. With free entry and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect day out for all the family.

Browse the stalls selling everything from silver jewellery and plants to paintings and cakes. You will also find cushions and quilts, candles, soaps, unique gemstones, teddy bears, glassware, jams and preserves.

There will also be handcrafted wooden pens and clocks, handmade greeting cards, knitted, felted and crocheted items, wooden children’s toys and hand-forged metal goods.

Some of the crafters will be able to take commissions for Christmas so why not give that extra special bespoke gift to your family or friends.

Family Hands will also be attending giving children the opportunity to create a unique piece of art using hand prints.

There is ample free parking in the main car park for all. Restricted parking is available for people with a disability outside the Visitor Centre.

The Honeypot Café will be open serving a range of homemade meals.

Visit Waters’ Edge Visitor Centre and Country Park page for further information including other events taking place.
