Confidential Waste

Confidential paper waste cannot be recycled along with other paper waste. Sensitive information needs to be separated and clearly labelled before it can be securely stored, collected and destroyed.

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) requires all businesses that hold personal information to have adequate security measures in place. All data should be properly protected at all stages during the process of destruction.

Service features:

  • Bins available in a range of sizes
  • Lockable bins for safe storage
  • Collections can be from bin location points inside buildings
  • We can provide adhoc collections
  • The waste will be handled by authorised staff only and a certificate of destruction will be issued confirming the secure management of your confidential waste
  • Collections can be made fortnightly, four weekly, every eight weeks or as necessary
  • Flexibility to amend your contract at any time.
