A Recruitment Open Day is being held on Wednesday 21 February, 10.30am to 12.30pm at The Cygnets in Scunthorpe.

You’ll be able hear all about the services provided at The Cygnets and see what vacancies are available.
The Cygnets on Normanby Road, Scunthorpe offers overnight short breaks to children and young people aged between five and 18 who have a learning disability. This includes those who may also have a complex health need and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Darren Chaplin, Head of Access and Inclusion at North Lincolnshire Council, said:
“We’re looking for people who have a friendly, encouraging and positive attitude, as well as good communication skills.
“The Cygnets supports children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, and their families on a short term basis. This is often to give parents and carers a break.
“The ideal candidates will have previous experience of working with children and young people, be enthusiastic, reliable and flexible.
“Come along to the open day and find out more. Staff will be on hand to answer your questions and let you know what vacancies there are.”
