The popular Get Crafty sessions at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre are going on tour to Community Wellbeing Hubs across North Lincolnshire.
As part of our Do Something Different campaign for adults with a disability, Get Crafty sessions have been running at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre on Wednesday afternoons for over three years.
Now, the staff at 20-21 are bringing these free sessions to a Community Wellbeing Hub near you!
Through different themed arts and craft activities, Get Crafty aims to increase your confidence in using different art materials, as well as helping improve dexterity and even memory function.
If you don’t feel very confident in your abilities but you are interested in arts and crafts, don’t worry, with a bit of help and guidance from the friendly gallery staff, you will be amazed what fantastic things you can create.
The new outreach sessions are taking place at Crowle Community Wellbeing Hub every other Wednesday from 10.30am to 11.30am on the following dates:
Get Crafty will then move to Winterton Community Wellbeing Hub for the summer months, followed by Barton Community Wellbeing Hub during autumn.
The usual Get Crafty sessions at 20-21 will be unaffected by these additional outreach sessions. Get Crafty takes places at the centre on Wednesday afternoons during term time from 1pm onwards.
