Alzheimer’s Society has worked in partnership with North Lincolnshire Museum Service to create an exhibition to raise awareness about how to live well with dementia. The exhibition launches Dementia Awareness week which is 19-25 May 2014.

There are 800,000 people with dementia in the UK with numbers set to rise to one million by 2021. This exhibition highlights that there is plenty of support in North Lincolnshire for those with dementia and their families.

Community venues like North Lincolnshire Museum have been working hard to raise awareness about the little things that make a difference.
