North Lincolnshire Key Stage 2 results - best ever

KS2
Provisional key stage two results - out today - reveal North Lincolnshire primary school children have produced their best ever results.

Seventy-three per cent of 11 year-old children are now reaching Level 4 or above in English and maths - four percentage points more than last year.

Cllr Rob Waltham, cabinet member for People at North Lincolnshire Council

“These are fantastic results for our young people.  They now make as much progress in English and mathematics as children across the country.  This is why 73 per cent of our young people are now reaching Level 4 or above in English and Mathematics - four percentage points better than last year.

“Girls' achievement is particularly good and schools are now working hard to support boys to achieve even better outcomes with their English skills.

“Congratulations to our young people, their parents and schools - we wish them every continued success in their learning.”
