Tots' Time at the Farming Museum
Under fives session, 1.30pm to 2.30pm. Every Monday during April to July, school term time only.
Parents and toddlers can enjoy themed creative play, get messy, handle museum objects, sing and fill up on the healthy refreshments. Normal entrance charges apply, free to Season ticket holders, No need to book.
Reminiscence Sessions at the Farming Museum
For anyone over 60 interested in sharing memories, and being involved in an informal friendly group.
You can come along and meet new friends, or bring your family to share your memories and enjoy a chat and a cup of tea or coffee. Every Friday during April to July, 1.30pm to 2.30pm, school term times only.
Normal entrance charges apply, free to Season ticket holders. Refreshments will be provided. Booking is essential as places are limited.
School Holidays at the Farming Museum
During school holidays, discover more about farming life in our fun drop in activities. Explore the Faming Museum through a changing schedule of hands-on family activities. The workshops give children the opportunity to handle objects, learn about the role of dairy maids, and have a go at using the printing press, to name just a few of the activities on offer.
Under 5's Activity Table
New to the Farming Museum this season is an under 5's activity table upstairs in the Farming Museum. Explore farming through creative play with the play farm, games, puzzles, and dressing up activities.
