20-21 Visual Arts Centre hosts a diverse programme of
exhibitions across its six exhibition spaces and offers a number of
opportunities for regional, national and international artists to
exhibit or sell work.
Proposals
We are open to proposals and applications from working artists
or curators of all levels to be included in our exhibitions
programme. Proposals are assessed at regular curitorial group
meetings in which we discuss the forthcoming programme. Please
visit the
applying for an exhibition at 20-21 page for further details
and an application form.
20-21 open exhibition of contemporary art and sculpture
20-21 Open exhibition is our annual showcase of work by artists
from across the Lincolnshire region. Both amateur and profesional
artists are welcome to apply. Inclusion and the winners of prizes
donated by local businesses are selected by independent judges.
Please visit the
20-21 Open Exhibiton page for further information and entry
details.
20-21 shop
We encourage artist and craft makers from the UK, Europe and
particularly from the counties of Lincolnshire to apply to have
work stocked in the 20-21 Visual Arts Centre shop. Please see the
20-21 shop page for
further details of how to have your work considered.
Artist workshops
20-21 runs artists-led workshops in conjunction with our
exhibition programme or aimed at specific audience groups. We also
hold a database of artists, which we are able to distribute in
response to enquiries about workshop leaders withing the region who
are experienced in leading creative activity sessions.
If you are an artist experienced in running creative workshops
for adults, children, school groups or groups with special needs,
there may be occasional opportunities to run sessions within our
workshop programme. Please email your contact details, a brief cv
and details of your workhop experience to jo.miller@northlincs.gov.uk
to be placed on our database of workshop artists.
Current opportunities
20-21 regularly post opportunities to be included in group
exhibitions, apply for commissions or other specific projects on
artist opportunities listings sites such as AN and Axis (plese note: you may have
to subscribe to be able to view opportunities listings on some
websites). Opportunities for artists are also listed on our current
opportunities page).
