North Lincolnshire Council transferred its housing stock to North Lincolnshire Homes in February 2007.
If you want to apply for an affordable home in North or North East Lincolnshire you can do this using the Home Choice Lincs scheme. This scheme jointly advertises affordable homes from North Lincolnshire Homes, Shoreline Housing and Havelock & Longhurst Homes. New affordable homes can be built through two ways:
- Homes and Communities Agency funded projects
- Planning gain.
