You may be eligible for either a hot meal, a sandwich or both to be delivered to your home. Please complete the following application form.

Unfortunately you are NOT eligible for the Community Meals service.

You may be eligible for Home Care Services

You are eligible to receive community meals.

Please note: The service will initially be provided for 6 weeks. After which you will be contacted by a Named Care Manager to review the service. Deliveries of community meals will end after 6 weeks unless the results of the review state otherwise.
