The council hold a number of public registers of environmental information, some of which are held electronically, others can be inspected free of charge at specific council offices. Please telephone 01724 297622/19 for further information.
If environmental information is requested in relation to a specific site or area of land covering a range of environmental issues the council will levy a charge. Costs will be based on the following
First hour (minimum charge) £75.10
Each subsequent hour £75.10
You will be asked to provide your questions in writing with a map to identify the land or premises concerned. We will give you an estimate of the time it will take to interpret the data for your site and will ask you to forward the payment in advance.
