Local residents are invited to have their say on plans for the Lincolnshire Lakes project that will see 6,000 new homes built in a number of new villages on land between Scunthorpe and the River Trent, along with new opportunities for business, leisure and recreation.

The Local Government Ombudsman investigates complaints about councils and certain other bodies.
