North Lincolnshire Museum Learning team will be delivering outdoor KS1 and KS2 school workshops at Waters’ Edge from May and June 2012.

Bug’s life KS1
Collect and observe a variety of mini-beasts in around the Park using scientific equipment. Examine your discoveries and learn more about the need to protect the environment.
Pond dipping KS1 & KS2
Investigate pond habitats by examining and recording mini-beasts in this hands-on workshop.
Wildflower delights KS1 & KS2
Enjoy the sights, sounds and fragrances of the wildflower garden. Develop artistic and teamwork skills to produce a fabric wall hanging to take back to school.
Woodland detectives KS1 & KS2
Explore sounds and habitats in the woodland. Be a tree detective and learn about the plants and animals in the woodland habitat in this hands-on interactive workshop.
