Waters' Edge is a great place to learn. Whether you want to know about the wildlife of the Humber Estuary or how to be ‘green’, there is a lot to find out.
We can host school groups and give guided tours of the park, linking the experience to as many areas of the school curriculum as possible. Our purpose-built education room is available for hire and group catering can be provided on request.

Waters' Edge is also the focal point of the regional 'Wildlife Surveillance Network'.
The network uses discreet and high powered video cameras to allow visitors to watch the hidden wildlife of the park, including our water vole population and nesting birds in their homes. The images are broadcast through the centre on large screens and as part of the interactive displays. You can also view them through the live feeds.
