The North Lincolnshire Children’s Trust is a partnership of professionals from every agency working with children, young people and their families and is underpinned by the duty to co-operate.
Partners have a responsibility to champion our local children and young people and for achieving measurable improvements across the five Every Child Matters outcomes.
The Children’s Trust must develop, publish, review, revise and monitor the implementation of the Children and Young People’s Plan. It must also ensure that robust arrangements are in place for effective integrated planning, commissioning and governance and ensure effective frontline working through shared processes, for example Common Assessment Framework.
The Children’s Trust is not an organisation, though partners must work together to ensure services are organised around the needs of children and young people and that they are integrated at the point of delivery.
