The council’s SPLASH campaign (Water Safety in Pools, Lakes, Sea and at Home) and has been up and running since 2001. This campaign aims to spread the SPLASH message – ‘Open Water is Dangerous’.
We deliver water safety theory sessions to all local primary and junior schools. These sessions compliment pupils’ swimming lessons.
The SwimLincs learn to swim programme covers the essential areas of swimming and other water skills. This includes rookie lifeguard sessions.
