Notice of substantial road works for road purposes.
Three months advance notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council (Highway Authority) intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes.
The street in which these works will take place is:
Work is expected to affect the carriageway between:
- Winterton Road, Roundabout - Grid Ref 489910 411770
And
- Normanby Road, Roundabout- Grid Ref 489550 411740
Work is expected to commence on 26 March 2012 (work should begin within one month of this date).
The work notified will include the following:
- Plane/inlay carriageway 100mm deep. Work to be carried out under night time road closure.
Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of three years from the completion of the works without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.

Work is expected to affect the carriageway between:
- Queensway Roundabout - Grid Ref 489176 410027
And
- Ashby Road Roundabout- Grid Ref 489223 410643
Work is expected to commence on 23 April 2012 (work should begin within one month of this date).
The work notified will include the following:
- Resurfacing of the carriageway with or without level change.
Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of three years from the completion of the works without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
