When completing the form please give as much detail on the location of the problem as possible. If you have difficulty describing the location you can make a request for someone to contact you directly.
The speed of the repair depends on how urgent the problem is:
- Dangerous defects should be made safe within 24 hours.
- All other defects will be scheduled for repair within planned programmes. This is usually within three months.
