Councils in the East Midland area have formed a partnership that provides information about road works across the region.
It provides a map showing known public utility road works in the East Midland region.
This information is updated daily when the utility companies tell the councils about planned work.
The map shows the road works for two days but you may ask for other times.
The utility companies do not have to provide the ordnance survey co-ordinates of the site. Sites are shown at one end of the road and the actual location may be found by looking at the descriptive information.
