Disability pass applications - one train
All applicants must show that they are residents of North Lincolnshire, if this is not shown on your proof you should bring a utility bill, addressed to you at your home address.

Disability or injury which has an effect on your ability to walk (this must be permanent or at least within the last 12 month)
We would expect that you are:
- Unable to walk up to 100 metres without stopping, servere discomfort or help from another person
- Use a mobilility aid such as a walking frame or crutches or wheelchair

- DLA letter showing mobility elements at the higher rate

- DLA letter showing middle or high rate care, or

Where to use your travel pass
Buses
- Your pass is valid for free travel on all local buses in England.
- You may use your pass any time of the day in North Linclnshire but outside of North Lincolnshire your pass can only be used between 9.30am and 11pm, Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and banks holidays.
Trains
- Your pass is valid for travel on trains between any two stations in North Lincolnshire. These are:
Althorpe, Barnetby, Barrow Haven, Barton upon Humber, Brigg, Crowle, Goxhill, Kirton Lindsey, New Holland, Scunthorpe, Thornton Curtis and Ulceby.
- Your pass is also valid for travel between any of these North Lincolnshire stations and:
Habrough, Stallingborough, Healing, Great Coates, Grimsby Town, Grimsby Docks, New Clee, Cleethorpes, Thorne South, Stainforth and Hatfield, Kirksandall, Doncaster, Gainsborough Central, Market Rasen and Lincoln.
Please remember one end of your journey must be in North Lincolnshire.
- Rail travel to Market Rasen, Gainsborough Central and Lincoln is only available via Barnetby.
Conditions of use for all passes
- Passes are only available to people who usually live in North Lincolnshire
- The pass is not transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was issued
- Possession of a pass does not grant any person the right to a place on any particular train or bus or the right to a seat on a vehicle
- All passengers travelling free or at reduced fares are subject to the conditions of the bus or train operators. The passholder may be required to show his or her pass at any time on a journey
- North Lincolnshire Council accepts no liability for any loss, injury or inconvenience arising as a result of using a travel pass
- North Lincolnshire Council reserves the right to amend the terms of the Travel Concession Scheme and to withdraw, amend or replace any pass
When travelling please remember:
- Show your pass when you get on the bus - if you don’t have a pass you must pay the full fare
- Get a ticket and keep it for the rest of your journey
- Tell the driver where you are going
