Brant Road residents' parking permits

A traffic order is in operation on Brant Road, Scunthorpe.

Every two years, the council contacts residents of Brant Road regarding the street parking permits:

  • The parking permit allows a resident to park all day, every day on Brant Road
  • The defined parking area is a series of white lined box markings on the road
  • Parking permits are issued to the residents of Brant Road (one per household) for a two yearly administration fee of £10. This fee is also applicable for any replacement permits
  • The permits are valid for two years from 1 November to 31 October
  • A permit is only available to residents of Brant Road
  • Parking spaces are not for the sole use of the permit holder (they can be used by other household members or visitors)
  • For non-permit holders, the order restricts parking to one hour with return prohibited within two hours.
